Refund policy

1. General Principles

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from the Shop, including digital and physical products.
1.2 By purchasing from the Shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Digital Products

2.1 No refunds are offered once a digital product has been downloaded.
2.2 Refunds may only be requested if the product has not been downloaded at all, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
2.3 If defects are identified, the Shop may, at its sole discretion, provide fixes, updates, or replacements, but no refunds will be issued.
2.4 Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Breach of license terms (Non-Commercial, Indie, Studio).
  • Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sublicensing.
  • Misuse of the product in violation of the TOS.

 

3. Physical Products

3.1 Shipping and Delivery – All physical products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location. The Shop is not liable for delays outside its control.
3.2 Inspection and Acceptance – Customers must inspect the product upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to the Shop within 7 days of delivery.
3.3 Returns and Exchanges – Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items, at the Shop’s discretion.
3.4 Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Incorrect ordering.
  • Delays caused by carriers or external factors.
    3.5 The Shop may repair, replace, or provide store credit for defective items, at its sole discretion.

 

4. Enforcement

4.1 Any attempt to obtain a refund outside the conditions stated in this policy will be rejected.
4.2 Customers who breach license terms or misuse products for redistribution automatically forfeit any right to refunds.
4.3 The Shop reserves the right to enforce indemnity clauses and recover damages from customers or collaborators in case of fraudulent refund claims.

 

5. Governing Law

5.1 This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Shop’s country of operation.
5.2 Exclusive jurisdiction applies to the courts of the Shop’s location.
